Ordering
Please click on "Order Form" (below) to submit your order
We ask that you submit a separate order form for each item ordered
(multiple identical items can be ordered on one form)

You will need to know the Item #, the price, and the color (if applicable), as well as the Font name you desire and, of course, the text you wish to engrave.

Important
Please submit exactly as you wish your plate to appear. Do not use quotes, dashes, upper or lower case, etc. unless you wish them to be included.

Submit Order
You may email the order form directly (just hit the email button at the bottom of the order form), or print the form, fill it in manually, and forward it along with your payment.
Note: If emailing the order, use your tab key or cursor to move from one line to the other. Hitting "enter" may send the form before you have finished!
You may also simply send your order in hand-written or typed form if printing out the form is not an option- but be sure to include complete information, including your email address.

Payment
Payment is accepted in the form of a check or money order,
payable to Cedar Ridge Engraving.

If the order is submitted via email, it will produced/shipped after the payment is received by Cedar Ridge Engraving.

Please be advised that we no longer accept credit card payments, but we do accept PayPal.
